A very special (and slightly bony) guest, Bob the Skeleton, has been helping out in the Grade 5 class. Bob has been standing tall, keeping a close eye on everyone and proving that learning about bones is anything but humerus! 😉 The boys absolutely love having him around; he’s truly the backbone of the lessons.
The Grade 5 boys have been diving into the fascinating world of vertebrates and invertebrates and things have really clicked into place! They’ve been exploring how skeletons work by studying the human skeleton and comparing it to other mammals and vertebrates.
A big thank you as well to Tendai for bringing “Jeremy” from home too to share with the class. It’s always wonderful when students bring their learning to life and into the classroom!
