Thursday was an exciting day for the GC junior school swimmers as they took part in the Kingswood short course gala. For many of these young swimmers this was their first time competing in a gala and they faced the challenge with courage and determination.

Congratulations to Zac van der Merwe for his third place in the boys U10 freestyle, Ben Fox for finishing second in the boys U12 freestyle, and third in the backstroke and butterfly races, and Ben Shaw for finishing first in the boys open breaststroke.
