Well done to Ben Shaw, who represented the Albany (Sarah Baartman District) team at the inter-district gala held in East London on 5 March. The Albany team finished an impressive 2nd overall, just one point behind Karoo. It was a fantastic experience for Ben to compete at such a high level and be part of a strong team effort in this competitive swimming gala.
