Our Grade 4 boys had a wonderful opportunity to explore their creativity through the art of shape poems. Each boy selected his own topic, allowing for a wide variety of imaginative pieces. From rugby balls and seeds to rainbows, tigers, lollipops and so much more, their words took on shapes that brought their ideas to life.
The lesson was beautifully guided by a student teacher, who encouraged the boys to experiment with both form and expression. It was inspiring to see how they combined art and language to create unique, eye-catching poems that reflected their personalities and interests.
