On Sunday, Benjamin Fox competed in the Lifesaving District Champs held at King’s Beach in Port Elizabeth. Competing as a 12 and under for King’s Beach Lifesaving Club, Ben secured a third place for the Surf Swim and Iron Nipper events, and a fifth place for Mali Board.
The competitors all shared the ocean with an inquisitive adult bull shark who was determined to see what all the commotion was about, despite the best efforts of the jetskies which kept trying to chase it away! 🦈
