Community Outreach Portfolio Supports “Keep Our Sisters in School” Initiative
Members of the Community Outreach Portfolio spent Friday afternoon engaging with members of the public to support their term drive for the Keep Our Sisters in School initiative. The campaign focuses on collecting sanitary pads for underprivileged girls in our community to help ensure they do not miss school during their menstrual cycles.
The team worked diligently throughout the afternoon, approaching the public politely and enthusiastically. Their commitment and positive engagement helped raise awareness about the importance of menstrual health and the role it plays in keeping girls in school.
Through their efforts, the Community Outreach Portfolio continues to demonstrate compassion, leadership and a strong commitment to supporting young girls in our community.
