A photograph of mine, reimagined as a piece of art. 💙💛

One of my photographs has been given a whole new life by Old Graemian Sotiris Stergiou, who has transformed it into this incredible illustrated artwork — capturing something of the courage, energy and spirit of Graeme College.

And I’m particularly excited that the very first canvas print of the artwork will be going under the hammer in support of the Graeme College Debating Society and their national tour.

📅 18 September 📍 The Lowlander Club 🕠 Arrive from 5:30pm | Auction from 6:00–9:00pm 🎟️ R200, including a glass of wine and complimentary pizza

It’s rather special seeing a photograph I took interpreted in such a completely different way — and even better that the first print is being auctioned for such a great cause.

So, if you’d like to own the very first canvas print, come along, place your bid and support some of Graeme’s future debaters while you’re at it. 💙💛

Illustrated by Sotiris Stergiou, based on a photograph by Leana Gildenhuys.
