Yummy biltong!
Our Grade 9 learners have now completed their biltong-making practical, putting their skills and knowledge to the test in a hands-on learning experience.
From preparing and seasoning the meat to understanding the curing and drying process, the practical gave learners the opportunity to explore the traditional art of biltong-making while learning about food preparation, preservation and the science behind it.
A wonderful opportunity to take learning beyond the classroom and get a little hands-on experience along the way!
